The March 17 all-campus meeting led by the SF State chapters of the CFA and CSUEU, was quite the success! We estimate that 1300 members of the SF State community joined us. Approximately 700 cards were filled out, volunteering to work on the campaign to save SF State from the cuts proposed by Governor Schwarzenegger. Get your Tim Sampson memorial issue of the CFA Falcon
The Tim Sampson Memorial fund established as a result of a $1,000 gift from an anonymous donor, will create scholarships for MSW students in the Social Development Concentration (Community Organizing) at the School of Social Work, SFSU. There will be a fund-raising campaign with a goal of $10,000 to make it an interest-bearing fund. Please make your tax deductible donations to: SFSU Foundation/ Tim Sampson Memorial Fund.
